WELLNESS

PERSONAL & SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Get results by working with a personal trainer.  Work one-on-one or in a small group (2-4 people) with a Certified Personal Trainer to get the results you want.  Our trainers are professionally accredited, experienced, and knowledgeable.  Their expertise will enhance your ability to reach new levels in your personal fitness and well-being.  This is a great way to add direction, accountability, and unlimited access to fitness advice and motivation.  $28 YMCA Member, $40 non-members per one hour session.

WELLNESS COACHING

This program is similar to personal training with the exception that you work with a wellness coach that has an exercise background, but is not a certified personal trainer. Your wellness coach can work 1-on-1 with you during individual sessions, or can design a program just for you to follow on your own. Great for people who need general fitness advice but not long-term personal training. The personal coaching sessions can be half-hour and full hour sessions. Per Hour: $20 Member, $32 Non-Member – Half Hour: $10 Member, $16 Non-Member.

PROGRAM DESIGN

The program design option is perfect for members who need some fitness programming but not everyday personal training.  You meet with a wellness coach to design a program specifically to meet your goals.  Your wellness coach helps you complete and understand the program, then you complete the program on your own.  Programs are generally designed for 4-8 weeks.  Price includes initial consultation, design of your program, and up to 3 sessions with a wellness coach to learn the program.  Cost: $90/Members Only
