We challenge you to maintain your weight from     November 25 through January 6.  Start living    healthier today with education and motivation from YMCA Wellness Staff.  This 6-week challenge will help you maintain weight over the holidays.  Weigh-in    November 25 at 7 pm.  Group meeting will follow weigh-ins to discuss healthy eating and training tips to support you over the holidays.  Final weigh-in and group discussion on January 6 at 7 pm.  Earn a prize for maintaining your weight over the holidays.     $10/Members; $20/Non-members.
