Give to Declan’s Dash Memorial Scholarship for Youth
The Declan’s Dash Memorial Youth Scholarship Fund has been established at the Clarion County YMCA to ensure that all children have the opportunity to experience life-changing YMCA programs.
Created by Shaina and Adam Hile in loving memory of their son, Declan, who passed away shortly after his birth on October 3, 2025, this scholarship celebrates his life and the joy he brought to those who knew him.
Through this fund, the YMCA and the Hile family will provide free or reduced-cost youth programs for qualifying children in our community.
The scholarship reflects our shared commitment to Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility, helping to strengthen and enrich the lives of local youth for years to come.
DECLAN’S LEGACY
The Declan Hile Memorial Youth Scholarship Fund will help local families facing financial hardships that might prevent them from participating in youth activities, leaving a legacy of love.
Scholarship assistance is available for programs or memberships. Parents can apply for the scholarship through the YMCA during program registration.
